| PermalinkIt's said that patience pays dividends. Easier said than done when you're the one attempting to be patient. With that said, welcome to the new Faith Nation. There are new faces, new noises and new songs. Over the next few weeks you will begin to meet some of the most talented individuals I have had the honor of working with. (That sounded like a used car salesman pitch didn't it? But it's really true.)
It took quite some time for me get my arms around all the emotions of starting over again and losing what had taken eight years to build, My two biggest battles were with trust and self-pity. Trust is hard for most of us, and self pity? If I got paid for aging and gaining weight I could buy out Donald Trump and have change left over. The last 18 months have been more than interesting. Hopefully it's a divine intervention.
